Great product, service and communication from start to finish.

I wanted to leave a genuinely positive review for Legion following a great customer experience.

Some of the items I ordered were out of stock and, in fairness, that was my mistake for not noticing the website clearly stated this at the time of ordering. Despite that, the way Legion handled everything was excellent.

They sent out the bench and bar straight away, kept communication clear, and were consistently helpful and courteous throughout. When the remaining stock arrived, it was personally delivered to me after they had completed a local gym install, which really went above and beyond what I expected.

Most importantly, they were just genuinely friendly, decent people to deal with. No hassle, no excuses, just good service and a clear desire to look after the customer.

Legion are a great example of how gym retailers should operate and I would happily recommend them without hesitation.

Awesome bit of kit. Fairly straightforward to assemble (although did need to recruit the husband). Looks so good in my new gym - can't wait to start supporting my PT clients using it as well as me!

Absolutely delighted with this equipment which does everything it ought to, but with a real feel of quality and durability. The cables and pulleys glide really smoothly as does the Smith bar. Lovely touches like accessory storage and adjustable pull up grips up the ante for versatility.

I had the installation service where the OGs themselves, Alex and Andy, came in person to assemble and commission the gear. They communicated well beforehand, turned up on time, were polite, considerate, professional and very clearly passionate about the brand and the product. They demo’d the gear before they left and made sure we were comfortable with all the features and accessories.

Can’t recommend the product or the service highly enough and I genuinely look forward to seeing them go from strength to strength with this excellent range of products. Full marks from me.

Solid stand. Easy to assemble. Suitable for small, medium and large dumbells. Good purchase.

First class service from beginning to end. Excellent communication from Andy with attention to detail regarding delivery, advice as to which item would be most appropriate to buy, timely delivery, and detailed instructions on how to assemble. Actually, I'd say that the rack is better than portrayed in the photo. It has more black and less chrome, which for me is a plus. It's sturdy enough for hefty home gym use. Extremely glad I bought this.

This is exactly what I needed. Zero to hero from 2.5kg to 10 kg at an affordable price and the hexa design stops dlthe bells from rolling around. Showed it to my collige Garry! We bastard wanted to steal it on the spot.
