Please note if your order requires a pallet delivery we will contact you via email to let you know your delivery date from our pallet courier, you will need to be at the premises to accept this or have a secure location for this to be left outside by the driver.

This is a curbside only delivery, the courier will remove the pallet from the truck for you and leave outside for you to move into the premises. If you require assistance with products being brought into the gym and built please visit our installation page.

We offer an installation service on items over £1,200+ in England & Wales. Installation options appear at the checkout which can be selected. Are you in Scotland or Northern Ireland - get a quote.

How it works:

1. Select Products: Spend over £1,200+ to qualify for installation options.
2. Select Installation: Once you reach the checkout, you will be presented with installation options.
3. Book installation date: We will be in contact with you to book a suitable installation date.
4. Gym setup: We'll arrive to set up your new gym and show you how to use it.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost to send the item out will also be deducted from your refund
