We recently contacted the boys at Legion Fitness Equipment about installing a multigym in readiness for Christmas and I must say the customer service from them both was outstanding. They were so helpful in explaining how everything works, costings and installation. We were worried about it being installed in time but they went out of their way to make it happen and we are absolutely thrilled. They travelled from Oxford to South Wales to install it for us and I highly recommend paying the installation fee as its worth every penny. The equipment is superb, extremely strong, quality is excellent and exceeded our expectations. We also bought the dumbbell rack and the kettle bells. We couldnt recommend them highly enough. Ordering was simple and I received my rack within five days of ordering. I was thankful I opted for the lads to put together the rack when I saw the number of boxes that came out of the van! It took them a few hours and resulted in no stress for me and no extra bolts confusingly remaining post completion! The lads’ experience and expertise at putting the rack together was worth investing in. Meeting them in person reinforced my opinions that Legion customer service is spot. Both were polite, courteous and easy to speak to. In respect of the rack, it’s solid and of good quality. The smith and pulley systems run smoothly which was of importance to me. No bumping or juddering, just smooth motion throughout movement. Great piece of kit especially for the money!
